Who is the controller
VENTURI CONSULTORIA JURÍDICA & TÉCNICA LTDA, CNPJ 63.990.379/0001-44, headquartered at Rua Santos Dumont, 188, Centro, Ponta Grossa/PR, CEP 84010-360, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website and the contacts it receives, and is responsible for that processing. Venturi uses technology providers to host the website, receive email and store files, under the terms of each service. Contact: contato@venturictj.com.
This website
The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies, runs no third-party code and has no forms. The hosting and delivery provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data of each access, such as the IP address, for the security and operation of the service, under its own privacy policy.
The data you send us
When you write to us via email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive your name, your contact details, the message and any documents you choose to send. WhatsApp and Instagram are Meta services: if you write through them, your message is also processed by Meta, under Meta's own privacy policy. If you prefer, write by email.
Property documents often contain personal data of other people, such as former owners, adjoining landowners and occupants: that data receives the same care and is used only for the same purpose. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, such as racial or ethnic origin, religious belief or health data. If a document contains it, it is processed only when essential to the engagement and in the cases provided for in Art. 11 of Law No. 13,709/2018.
Important
To prepare a proposal or perform an engagement, we need the property's data and documents: without them, the service cannot be provided. To exercise your rights, write to contato@venturictj.com with the subject Privacy; the list of rights is at the end of this page.
What we use the data for, and on what basis
The legal bases are those of Art. 7 of Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD):
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your contact and preparing a proposal | Preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject's request (item V) |
| Performing the contracted service | Performance of a contract (item V) |
| Processing data of other people that appear in the property documents, only for the proposal and the contracted work | Legitimate interest of the controller and of the person who requests the proposal or engages us (item IX), observing the purpose, good faith and public interest that justified making the records public (§ 3) |
| Dealing with representatives of corporate clients and with people who write to us without intending to contract | Legitimate interest of the controller (item IX) |
| Technical access records of this website, kept by the hosting provider, for security | Legitimate interest of the controller (item IX) |
| Meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations | Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation (item II) |
| Defending rights in judicial, administrative or arbitral proceedings | Regular exercise of rights (item VI) |
When the basis is legitimate interest, only the data strictly necessary for the purpose are processed (Art. 10, § 1).
Who we share data with
- public authorities, when the service itself requires it — for instance, when an application or registration is filed with an agency;
- professionals and companies engaged for the work, under a duty of confidentiality;
- technology providers that support our operation — website hosting and delivery, email, messaging, storage and document-analysis tools, including artificial intelligence;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
International transfer
Some of these providers process data outside Brazil.
For how long
Within 12 months of the last contact, we delete the copies we keep of messages and documents from contacts that do not lead to a contract. Messages sent by WhatsApp or Instagram are also stored by the platform itself, under its own policy. Technical access records of this website are kept by the hosting provider, for the period it sets.
Data from contracted engagements are kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the legal document-retention periods. After that, they are deleted or anonymised.
Security
We restrict access to those working on the engagement, use version control and run integrity checks on files.
Your rights
At any time you may request (Art. 18 of Law No. 13,709/2018):
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to them;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or of data processed in breach of the law;
- portability of the data to another provider;
- deletion of data processed with your consent;
- information on the entities with which we share data;
- information on the possibility of not giving consent and on the consequences of refusing;
- withdrawal of consent.
You may also object to processing carried out without your consent, in case of breach of the law (Art. 18, § 2), and petition against the controller before the Brazilian National Data Protection Agency (ANPD) or before consumer protection bodies (Art. 18, §§ 1 and 8).
How to exercise your rights
Write to contato@venturictj.com with the subject Privacy. Requests are handled at no cost to you (Art. 18, § 5).
A simple confirmation is given immediately; a complete statement, within 15 days of the request (Art. 19). To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity before answering.
